varied breakfast porter service comfortable bed
I really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. it had many choices. i also appreciated the porter service. It made moving luggage easy. the beds provided excellent comfort.
i found some minor dust in the room on the shelves.

The location is wonderful. A gondola station is nearby and a water taxi drop-off is around the corner. several on-site restaurants provide great dining options. the sense of luxury and historical significance is present throughout.

wow, a amazing stay!
room upgrade great breakfast thorough cleanliness
i was upgraded to the beautiful room canal view and it was fabulous. the room felt grand and spacious, a welcome change. breakfast was an absolute treat with such great choices and portions. the cleaning service was fast and so thorough i really noticed that cleanliness.
i found the coffee pods being an extra charge a bit annoying after the initial two were used. it was like a small thing that added up. i think providing unlimited coffee would elevate the experience and remove a potential inconvenience

the location is superb it's tucked away from crowds yet just a short walk to major attractions i liked being close to everything but also having a quieter retreat nearby it really balanced convenience with tranquility.

the room was spacious and the decor felt luxurious. everything was also super clean a testament to the high cleaning standards. the bed was also very comfy promising a good night's sleep for any tired traveller.

there are free refreshments offered in the afternoon which is a great touch. i enjoyed relaxing in the lounge after lunch with a complimentary prosecco. the communal areas were also maintained in pristine condition creating a cute environment.

i adored the complimentary upgrade to a superior room with a canal view. the room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a good view. breakfast had an amazing array of choices, and the portions were generous. cleaning service was prompt and thorough.

extra charges overpriced tour
i was a bit disappointed (honestly!) with a couple of things. the coffee pods costing extra after the first two felt a little cheap. the tour suggested by the staff also felt overpriced, especially compared to what i found online. i felt some extra charges for small items.

exquisite stay at a cozy palazzo
historic building sizable bed canal view
i found the historic building beautiful. It had all necessary comforts. the sizable bed was comfortable. a canal view from the window added great charm. i appreciated the complimentary refreshments in the lobby. there was also a nespresso machine in my room.
my room was located next to the reception area. i could hear a buzzer at night when someone entered. in the morning, i heard staff shouting and laughing which disturbed my sleep.
